Are these genuine ZKL parts?

Yes. Every ZKL line here is sourced through Partios's ISO 9001:2015-certified European distribution network.

Can you source ZKL parts that aren't showing in stock?

Yes. Partios runs a prepayment-only, manufacturer-order model, so we can place a manufacturer order for ZKL lines that aren't currently available.

Do you supply ZKL parts for export?

Yes. We serve motor factors, exporters and resellers. Export orders are handled the same way as UK trade orders.

How do I get trade pricing on ZKL parts?

What lead time should I expect on a ZKL order?

It depends on the line. Stocked ZKL items are dispatched within 24 hours of payment for parcel orders, or up to 48 hours for pallet orders depending on size. For lines placed as a manufacturer order, we confirm the lead time with the manufacturer before the order goes in, so you know the timescale before you pay.

Is there a minimum order quantity for ZKL parts?

No. There's no minimum order value or quantity on a Partios trade account. Some ZKL lines are supplied in manufacturer pack sizes, which are shown on the product listing.
