All purchases made through the wholesale portal are commercial transactions intended for business use only. Consumer purchasing protections do not apply.

Pricing and product availability displayed within the portal are derived from live European distribution networks and remain subject to final validation prior to order confirmation. Orders become binding only after cleared payment and confirmed stock allocation.

Goods may be fulfilled and shipped directly from authorised partner distribution facilities within Partios' European supply network.

UK & EU Deliveries

For deliveries within the United Kingdom and European Union, Partios will normally arrange transportation and manage applicable customs clearance as part of the delivery service. Customers located in these regions will not typically be required to act as Importer of Record or undertake customs clearance procedures themselves.

Delivery arrangements may vary depending on shipment structure, destination requirements, or regulatory conditions and will be confirmed at order stage.

International Deliveries

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers outside the United Kingdom and European Union act as Importer of Record and are responsible for applicable duties, taxes, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance within the destination country.

Taxes and Logistics

Where Partios manages import formalities, applicable taxes or duties may be included within quoted pricing or separately identified within Order documentation. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier operations, customs authorities, or regulatory processes outside Partios' reasonable control.

Access to and use of this wholesale platform is governed by the Partios Wholesale Account Acceptance Agreement and Wholesale Terms & Conditions, provided during account onboarding and applicable to all quotes and orders placed through this portal.
