Yes. Every THO line here is sourced through Partios's ISO 9001:2015-certified European distribution network.

Can you source THO parts that aren't showing in stock?

Yes. Partios runs a prepayment-only, manufacturer-order model, so we can place a manufacturer order for THO lines that aren't currently available.

Do you supply THO parts for export?

Yes. We serve motor factors, exporters and resellers. Export orders are handled the same way as UK trade orders.

What lead time should I expect on a THO order?

It depends on the line. Stocked THO items are dispatched within 24 hours of payment for parcel orders, or up to 48 hours for pallet orders depending on size. For lines placed as a manufacturer order, we confirm the lead time with the manufacturer before the order goes in, so you know the timescale before you pay.

Is there a minimum order quantity for THO parts?
