Are these genuine THK parts?

Yes. Every THK line here is sourced through Partios's ISO 9001:2015-certified European distribution network.

Can you source THK parts that aren't showing in stock?

Yes. Partios runs a prepayment-only, manufacturer-order model, so we can place a manufacturer order for THK lines that aren't currently available.

Do you supply THK parts for export?

Yes. We serve motor factors, exporters and resellers. Export orders are handled the same way as UK trade orders.

How do I get trade pricing on THK parts?

What lead time should I expect on a THK order?

It depends on the line. Stocked THK items are dispatched within 24 hours of payment for parcel orders, or up to 48 hours for pallet orders depending on size. For lines placed as a manufacturer order, we confirm the lead time with the manufacturer before the order goes in, so you know the timescale before you pay.

Is there a minimum order quantity for THK parts?

No. There's no minimum order value or quantity on a Partios trade account. Some THK lines are supplied in manufacturer pack sizes, which are shown on the product listing.
