Are these genuine TES parts?

Yes. Every TES line here is sourced through Partios's ISO 9001:2015-certified European distribution network.

Can you source TES parts that aren't showing in stock?

Yes. Partios runs a prepayment-only, manufacturer-order model, so we can place a manufacturer order for TES lines that aren't currently available.

Do you supply TES parts for export?

Yes. We serve motor factors, exporters and resellers. Export orders are handled the same way as UK trade orders.

How do I get trade pricing on TES parts?

What lead time should I expect on a TES order?

It depends on the line. Stocked TES items are dispatched within 24 hours of payment for parcel orders, or up to 48 hours for pallet orders depending on size. For lines placed as a manufacturer order, we confirm the lead time with the manufacturer before the order goes in, so you know the timescale before you pay.

Is there a minimum order quantity for TES parts?

No. There's no minimum order value or quantity on a Partios trade account. Some TES lines are supplied in manufacturer pack sizes, which are shown on the product listing.
