Can you source STP parts that aren't showing in stock?: Yes. Partios runs a prepayment-only, manufacturer-order model, so we can place a manufacturer order for STP lines that aren't currently available.

What lead time should I expect on a STP order?: It depends on the line. Stocked STP items are dispatched within 24 hours of payment for parcel orders, or up to 48 hours for pallet orders depending on size. For lines placed as a manufacturer order, we confirm the lead time with the manufacturer before the order goes in, so you know the timescale before you pay.
Is there a minimum order quantity for STP parts?: No. There's no minimum order value or quantity on a Partios trade account. Some STP lines are supplied in manufacturer pack sizes, which are shown on the product listing.
