Are these genuine STANDARD parts?

Yes. Every STANDARD line here is sourced through Partios's ISO 9001:2015-certified European distribution network.

Can you source STANDARD parts that aren't showing in stock?

Yes. Partios runs a prepayment-only, manufacturer-order model, so we can place a manufacturer order for STANDARD lines that aren't currently available.

Do you supply STANDARD parts for export?

Yes. We serve motor factors, exporters and resellers. Export orders are handled the same way as UK trade orders.

How do I get trade pricing on STANDARD parts?

What lead time should I expect on a STANDARD order?

It depends on the line. Stocked STANDARD items are dispatched within 24 hours of payment for parcel orders, or up to 48 hours for pallet orders depending on size. For lines placed as a manufacturer order, we confirm the lead time with the manufacturer before the order goes in, so you know the timescale before you pay.

Is there a minimum order quantity for STANDARD parts?

No. There's no minimum order value or quantity on a Partios trade account. Some STANDARD lines are supplied in manufacturer pack sizes, which are shown on the product listing.
