Are these genuine S-TR parts?

Yes. Every S-TR line here is sourced through Partios's ISO 9001:2015-certified European distribution network.

Can you source S-TR parts that aren't showing in stock?

Yes. Partios runs a prepayment-only, manufacturer-order model, so we can place a manufacturer order for S-TR lines that aren't currently available.

Do you supply S-TR parts for export?

Yes. We serve motor factors, exporters and resellers. Export orders are handled the same way as UK trade orders.

How do I get trade pricing on S-TR parts?

What lead time should I expect on a S-TR order?

It depends on the line. Stocked S-TR items are dispatched within 24 hours of payment for parcel orders, or up to 48 hours for pallet orders depending on size. For lines placed as a manufacturer order, we confirm the lead time with the manufacturer before the order goes in, so you know the timescale before you pay.

Is there a minimum order quantity for S-TR parts?

No. There's no minimum order value or quantity on a Partios trade account. Some S-TR lines are supplied in manufacturer pack sizes, which are shown on the product listing.
