Are these genuine ROMIX parts?

Yes. Every ROMIX line here is sourced through Partios's ISO 9001:2015-certified European distribution network.

Can you source ROMIX parts that aren't showing in stock?

Yes. Partios runs a prepayment-only, manufacturer-order model, so we can place a manufacturer order for ROMIX lines that aren't currently available.

Do you supply ROMIX parts for export?

Yes. We serve motor factors, exporters and resellers. Export orders are handled the same way as UK trade orders.

How do I get trade pricing on ROMIX parts?

What lead time should I expect on a ROMIX order?

It depends on the line. Stocked ROMIX items are dispatched within 24 hours of payment for parcel orders, or up to 48 hours for pallet orders depending on size. For lines placed as a manufacturer order, we confirm the lead time with the manufacturer before the order goes in, so you know the timescale before you pay.

Is there a minimum order quantity for ROMIX parts?
