PROX Parts

Buying with Partios

Buying PROX parts through Partios

Are these genuine PROX parts?

Yes. Every PROX line here is sourced through Partios's ISO 9001:2015-certified European distribution network.

Can you source PROX parts that aren't showing in stock?

Yes. Partios runs a prepayment-only, manufacturer-order model, so we can place a manufacturer order for PROX lines that aren't currently available.

Do you supply PROX parts for export?

Yes. We serve motor factors, exporters and resellers. Export orders are handled the same way as UK trade orders.

How do I get trade pricing on PROX parts?

Apply for a Partios Wholesale trade account to see trade pricing and availability.

What lead time should I expect on a PROX order?

It depends on the line. Stocked PROX items are dispatched within 24 hours of payment for parcel orders, or up to 48 hours for pallet orders depending on size. For lines placed as a manufacturer order, we confirm the lead time with the manufacturer before the order goes in, so you know the timescale before you pay.

Is there a minimum order quantity for PROX parts?

No. There's no minimum order value or quantity on a Partios trade account. Some PROX lines are supplied in manufacturer pack sizes, which are shown on the product listing.
