Are these genuine PROFUSION parts?

Yes. Every PROFUSION line here is sourced through Partios's ISO 9001:2015-certified European distribution network.

Can you source PROFUSION parts that aren't showing in stock?

Yes. Partios runs a prepayment-only, manufacturer-order model, so we can place a manufacturer order for PROFUSION lines that aren't currently available.

Do you supply PROFUSION parts for export?

Yes. We serve motor factors, exporters and resellers. Export orders are handled the same way as UK trade orders.

How do I get trade pricing on PROFUSION parts?

What lead time should I expect on a PROFUSION order?

It depends on the line. Stocked PROFUSION items are dispatched within 24 hours of payment for parcel orders, or up to 48 hours for pallet orders depending on size. For lines placed as a manufacturer order, we confirm the lead time with the manufacturer before the order goes in, so you know the timescale before you pay.

Is there a minimum order quantity for PROFUSION parts?

No. There's no minimum order value or quantity on a Partios trade account. Some PROFUSION lines are supplied in manufacturer pack sizes, which are shown on the product listing.
