Can you source NORBIN parts that aren't showing in stock?
- Yes. Partios runs a prepayment-only, manufacturer-order model, so we can place a manufacturer order for NORBIN lines that aren't currently available.

- It depends on the line. Stocked NORBIN items are dispatched within 24 hours of payment for parcel orders, or up to 48 hours for pallet orders depending on size. For lines placed as a manufacturer order, we confirm the lead time with the manufacturer before the order goes in, so you know the timescale before you pay.
