Are these genuine MW parts?

Yes. Every MW line here is sourced through Partios's ISO 9001:2015-certified European distribution network.

Can you source MW parts that aren't showing in stock?

Yes. Partios runs a prepayment-only, manufacturer-order model, so we can place a manufacturer order for MW lines that aren't currently available.

Do you supply MW parts for export?

Yes. We serve motor factors, exporters and resellers. Export orders are handled the same way as UK trade orders.

How do I get trade pricing on MW parts?

What lead time should I expect on a MW order?

It depends on the line. Stocked MW items are dispatched within 24 hours of payment for parcel orders, or up to 48 hours for pallet orders depending on size. For lines placed as a manufacturer order, we confirm the lead time with the manufacturer before the order goes in, so you know the timescale before you pay.

Is there a minimum order quantity for MW parts?

No. There's no minimum order value or quantity on a Partios trade account. Some MW lines are supplied in manufacturer pack sizes, which are shown on the product listing.
