Are these genuine MOOG parts?

Yes. Every MOOG line here is sourced through Partios's ISO 9001:2015-certified European distribution network.

Can you source MOOG parts that aren't showing in stock?

Yes. Partios runs a prepayment-only, manufacturer-order model, so we can place a manufacturer order for MOOG lines that aren't currently available.

Do you supply MOOG parts for export?

Yes. We serve motor factors, exporters and resellers. Export orders are handled the same way as UK trade orders.

How do I get trade pricing on MOOG parts?

What lead time should I expect on a MOOG order?

It depends on the line. Stocked MOOG items are dispatched within 24 hours of payment for parcel orders, or up to 48 hours for pallet orders depending on size. For lines placed as a manufacturer order, we confirm the lead time with the manufacturer before the order goes in, so you know the timescale before you pay.
