- Yes. Partios runs a prepayment-only, manufacturer-order model, so we can place a manufacturer order for MASTER lines that aren't currently available.

What lead time should I expect on a MASTER order?
- It depends on the line. Stocked MASTER items are dispatched within 24 hours of payment for parcel orders, or up to 48 hours for pallet orders depending on size. For lines placed as a manufacturer order, we confirm the lead time with the manufacturer before the order goes in, so you know the timescale before you pay.
