Yes. Every IMAO line here is sourced through Partios's ISO 9001:2015-certified European distribution network.

Can you source IMAO parts that aren't showing in stock?

Yes. Partios runs a prepayment-only, manufacturer-order model, so we can place a manufacturer order for IMAO lines that aren't currently available.

Do you supply IMAO parts for export?

Yes. We serve motor factors, exporters and resellers. Export orders are handled the same way as UK trade orders.

How do I get trade pricing on IMAO parts?

What lead time should I expect on a IMAO order?

It depends on the line. Stocked IMAO items are dispatched within 24 hours of payment for parcel orders, or up to 48 hours for pallet orders depending on size. For lines placed as a manufacturer order, we confirm the lead time with the manufacturer before the order goes in, so you know the timescale before you pay.
