Are these genuine IGUS parts?

Yes. Every IGUS line here is sourced through Partios's ISO 9001:2015-certified European distribution network.

Can you source IGUS parts that aren't showing in stock?

Yes. Partios runs a prepayment-only, manufacturer-order model, so we can place a manufacturer order for IGUS lines that aren't currently available.

Do you supply IGUS parts for export?

Yes. We serve motor factors, exporters and resellers. Export orders are handled the same way as UK trade orders.

How do I get trade pricing on IGUS parts?

What lead time should I expect on a IGUS order?

It depends on the line. Stocked IGUS items are dispatched within 24 hours of payment for parcel orders, or up to 48 hours for pallet orders depending on size. For lines placed as a manufacturer order, we confirm the lead time with the manufacturer before the order goes in, so you know the timescale before you pay.

Is there a minimum order quantity for IGUS parts?

No. There's no minimum order value or quantity on a Partios trade account. Some IGUS lines are supplied in manufacturer pack sizes, which are shown on the product listing.
