Yes. Every HI-Q line here is sourced through Partios's ISO 9001:2015-certified European distribution network.

Can you source HI-Q parts that aren't showing in stock?

Yes. Partios runs a prepayment-only, manufacturer-order model, so we can place a manufacturer order for HI-Q lines that aren't currently available.

Do you supply HI-Q parts for export?

Yes. We serve motor factors, exporters and resellers. Export orders are handled the same way as UK trade orders.

What lead time should I expect on a HI-Q order?

It depends on the line. Stocked HI-Q items are dispatched within 24 hours of payment for parcel orders, or up to 48 hours for pallet orders depending on size. For lines placed as a manufacturer order, we confirm the lead time with the manufacturer before the order goes in, so you know the timescale before you pay.
