Are these genuine FULLRUN parts?

Yes. Every FULLRUN line here is sourced through Partios's ISO 9001:2015-certified European distribution network.

Can you source FULLRUN parts that aren't showing in stock?

Yes. Partios runs a prepayment-only, manufacturer-order model, so we can place a manufacturer order for FULLRUN lines that aren't currently available.

Do you supply FULLRUN parts for export?

Yes. We serve motor factors, exporters and resellers. Export orders are handled the same way as UK trade orders.

How do I get trade pricing on FULLRUN parts?

What lead time should I expect on a FULLRUN order?

It depends on the line. Stocked FULLRUN items are dispatched within 24 hours of payment for parcel orders, or up to 48 hours for pallet orders depending on size. For lines placed as a manufacturer order, we confirm the lead time with the manufacturer before the order goes in, so you know the timescale before you pay.

Is there a minimum order quantity for FULLRUN parts?

No. There's no minimum order value or quantity on a Partios trade account. Some FULLRUN lines are supplied in manufacturer pack sizes, which are shown on the product listing.
