Buying CALIFORNIA SCENTS parts through Partios

Are these genuine CALIFORNIA SCENTS parts?

Yes. Every CALIFORNIA SCENTS line here is sourced through Partios's ISO 9001:2015-certified European distribution network.

Can you source CALIFORNIA SCENTS parts that aren't showing in stock?

Yes. Partios runs a prepayment-only, manufacturer-order model, so we can place a manufacturer order for CALIFORNIA SCENTS lines that aren't currently available.

Do you supply CALIFORNIA SCENTS parts for export?

Yes. We serve motor factors, exporters and resellers. Export orders are handled the same way as UK trade orders.

How do I get trade pricing on CALIFORNIA SCENTS parts?

Apply for a Partios Wholesale trade account to see trade pricing and availability.

What lead time should I expect on a CALIFORNIA SCENTS order?

It depends on the line. Stocked CALIFORNIA SCENTS items are dispatched within 24 hours of payment for parcel orders, or up to 48 hours for pallet orders depending on size. For lines placed as a manufacturer order, we confirm the lead time with the manufacturer before the order goes in, so you know the timescale before you pay.

Is there a minimum order quantity for CALIFORNIA SCENTS parts?

No. There's no minimum order value or quantity on a Partios trade account. Some CALIFORNIA SCENTS lines are supplied in manufacturer pack sizes, which are shown on the product listing.
