Are these genuine BOCK parts?

Yes. Every BOCK line here is sourced through Partios's ISO 9001:2015-certified European distribution network.

Can you source BOCK parts that aren't showing in stock?

Yes. Partios runs a prepayment-only, manufacturer-order model, so we can place a manufacturer order for BOCK lines that aren't currently available.

Do you supply BOCK parts for export?

Yes. We serve motor factors, exporters and resellers. Export orders are handled the same way as UK trade orders.

How do I get trade pricing on BOCK parts?

What lead time should I expect on a BOCK order?

It depends on the line. Stocked BOCK items are dispatched within 24 hours of payment for parcel orders, or up to 48 hours for pallet orders depending on size. For lines placed as a manufacturer order, we confirm the lead time with the manufacturer before the order goes in, so you know the timescale before you pay.
