Are these genuine AKYGA parts?

Yes. Every AKYGA line here is sourced through Partios's ISO 9001:2015-certified European distribution network.

Can you source AKYGA parts that aren't showing in stock?

Yes. Partios runs a prepayment-only, manufacturer-order model, so we can place a manufacturer order for AKYGA lines that aren't currently available.

Do you supply AKYGA parts for export?

Yes. We serve motor factors, exporters and resellers. Export orders are handled the same way as UK trade orders.

How do I get trade pricing on AKYGA parts?

What lead time should I expect on a AKYGA order?

It depends on the line. Stocked AKYGA items are dispatched within 24 hours of payment for parcel orders, or up to 48 hours for pallet orders depending on size. For lines placed as a manufacturer order, we confirm the lead time with the manufacturer before the order goes in, so you know the timescale before you pay.
