Are these genuine AGC parts?

Yes. Every AGC line here is sourced through Partios's ISO 9001:2015-certified European distribution network.

Can you source AGC parts that aren't showing in stock?

Yes. Partios runs a prepayment-only, manufacturer-order model, so we can place a manufacturer order for AGC lines that aren't currently available.

Do you supply AGC parts for export?

Yes. We serve motor factors, exporters and resellers. Export orders are handled the same way as UK trade orders.

How do I get trade pricing on AGC parts?

What lead time should I expect on a AGC order?

It depends on the line. Stocked AGC items are dispatched within 24 hours of payment for parcel orders, or up to 48 hours for pallet orders depending on size. For lines placed as a manufacturer order, we confirm the lead time with the manufacturer before the order goes in, so you know the timescale before you pay.
