Are these genuine ADDCO parts?

Yes. Every ADDCO line here is sourced through Partios's ISO 9001:2015-certified European distribution network.

Can you source ADDCO parts that aren't showing in stock?

Yes. Partios runs a prepayment-only, manufacturer-order model, so we can place a manufacturer order for ADDCO lines that aren't currently available.

Do you supply ADDCO parts for export?

Yes. We serve motor factors, exporters and resellers. Export orders are handled the same way as UK trade orders.

How do I get trade pricing on ADDCO parts?

What lead time should I expect on a ADDCO order?

It depends on the line. Stocked ADDCO items are dispatched within 24 hours of payment for parcel orders, or up to 48 hours for pallet orders depending on size. For lines placed as a manufacturer order, we confirm the lead time with the manufacturer before the order goes in, so you know the timescale before you pay.

Is there a minimum order quantity for ADDCO parts?

No. There's no minimum order value or quantity on a Partios trade account. Some ADDCO lines are supplied in manufacturer pack sizes, which are shown on the product listing.
