UK & EU deliveries
For deliveries within the UK and EU, Partios will normally arrange transportation and manage applicable customs clearance. Customers in these regions will not typically be required to act as Importer of Record.
Delivery arrangements may vary depending on shipment structure, destination requirements, or regulatory conditions and will be confirmed at order stage.
International deliveries & taxes
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers outside the UK and EU act as Importer of Record and are responsible for applicable duties, taxes, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance in the destination country.
Where Partios manages import formalities, applicable taxes or duties may be included within quoted pricing or separately identified in order documentation. Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
Access to and use of this wholesale platform is governed by the Partios Wholesale Account Acceptance Agreement and Wholesale Terms & Conditions, provided during account onboarding and applicable to all quotes and orders placed through this portal.
